We are committed to protecting the fundamental rights of tenants under fair housing and civil rights laws. Every resident deserves equal access to safe, decent housing free from discrimination, harassment, or retaliation. We advocate for tenants facing unfair treatment based on race, color, national origin, disability, family status, or other protected characteristics. Through education, advocacy, and support, we empower residents to understand their rights, challenge injustice, and hold landlords and institutions accountable. Fair housing is not just a law—it is a promise of dignity and equality for all.

Fair Housing/Civil Rights

We recognize that housing instability and unsafe living conditions can take a serious toll on mental health. Our organization is dedicated to supporting the emotional and psychological well-being of our community. We work to connect residents with mental health resources, promote wellness awareness, and create safe spaces where individuals can be heard and supported. By addressing both the external conditions and internal impacts of housing challenges, we aim to build a healthier, more resilient community.

Community & Economic Development

Strong communities thrive when residents have access to opportunity, stability, and resources. All The Way 100 Percent Inc is committed to fostering community and economic development across Hempstead Terrace Avenue. We support initiatives that promote financial literacy, workforce development, small business growth, and access to essential services. By strengthening the economic foundation of our community and encouraging collective progress, we help create pathways for long-term success and self-sufficiency for all residents.
